Property Information Resources

Doing your due diligence on property research and feasibility studies can be daunting. It is tough to know where to start or where to find the information.

The PCED staff compiled the resources that we use daily to help you find the property information you are searching for.

City's Interactive GIS Maps

These maps are a great resource if you are trying to find your zoning, locate a sewer line, or simply need an aerial map. Be sure to check out the different layers and overlays!

City's Permit Records

This online portal allows you to search for permits or files that have been issued.

NOTE: Permits existing prior to 2000 may not be viewable online. If you have questions, please call PCED at 360-299-1984.

Skagit County Resources

Although the City of Anacortes is located outside of Skagit County jurisdiction, Anacortes is still located within Skagit County.

With that, the online resources that the County has to offer can be very helpful when researching transaction history (i.e. home or property sales) or searching for recorded documents (i.e. easements, plats, or surveys).
