The proposed shoreline substantial development permit and site plan review approval is requested to improve an existing gravel parking lot with landscaping, paving, striping, storm drainage and treatment, and lighting. The property located is partially within “Urban” Shoreline Environment Designation and is zoned Commercial Marine.
The SEPA lead agency for this proposal, the Port of Anacortes, issued a SEPA Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) on June 17, 2021.
