Notice is hereby given that pursuant to RCW 36.70A.390, the Anacortes City Council opened a Public Hearing on the evening of Monday, January 14, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. in the Anacortes City Council Chambers located at 904 6th Street to take public comment on the following:
Ordinance No. 3031, An Interim Zoning Ordinance of the City of Anacortes, Washington, updating certain sections of Titles 16, 17, and 19 to further establish low impact development as the preferred method for controlling stormwater in the City of Anacortes, adopted November 19, 2018
The hearing was continued to the next regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 6:00 p.m.
Written comment will also be accepted and may be submitted by mail to Don Measamer, Director of Planning and Economic Development, City of Anacortes, P.O. Box 547, Anacortes WA 98221 or by email to prior to 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 22, 2019.
Ordinance 3031 is available for review on the City website and in the office of the City Clerk at City Hall.
