Recruitment for Anacortes Planning Commission Vacancy

Anacortes WA - The Mayor is seeking applicants for the City of Anacortes Planning Commission. Members of the Planning Commission are appointed by the Mayor, with the consent of the City Council, for a term of six years. This position is to fill an unexpired vacancy. The position is through December 2023.
The Commission meets the second and fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. in the Anacortes City Council Chambers. Interested applicants should be residents who have a desire to serve the community; time to devote to commission responsibilities; and a background and interest in planning, community, and economic development.
